What is Acai Oil?

Acai Oil comes from the Acai berry. Acai is a dark purple super fruit, similar to a blueberry, which originates from the Acai palm tree in Central and South America. As this fruit contains Amino Acids, Omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids and antioxidants, it’s no surprise it’s known as the “beauty berry” in Brazil.

What are Acai berries good for?

This combination of Omegas and Amino Acids help improve the appearance of hair, skin and nails. These little berries are rich in vitamins, essential sugars, antioxidants and emollient oils that give it nutritious and protective properties for the skin and hair.

Acai Oil for Hair

In many of our products, we incorporate Acai Oil. This oil comes from the acai berry and is a potent source of anti-oxidants and conditions the skin and hair. Additionally, the oil also contains proteins, omegas, Zinc and Folic Acid, which are all known to help improve hair and scalp health. In turn, this helps hair to grow and increases root strength.
